Active Teaching Lab: File Organization in Canvas
December 7 @ 8:30 am - 9:45 am
Scroll down to register! Given only 1GB and a limited file structure, what are some tips for file organization in Canvas? What works best for instructors and students? What are some pitfalls to avoid? What have you found to be helpful in organizing your course? We discuss ways to keep the Canvas space from becoming a digital junk drawer.
Walk-ins welcome but registration appreciated to ensure refreshments for all. Bring your laptop or mobile device for hands-on experimentation. Have opinions or experience on the topic? Sign up as a contributor.
The Active Teaching Lab is a Faculty Engagement program with sessions held on Thursdays from 1:00-2:00pm (room 302) and Fridays from 8:30-9:45am (room 120) in the Middleton Building (1305 Linden Dr.) during fall 2018. Check out upcoming Labs or read the recaps from past Labs. We build interdisciplinary conversations that are more emergent than a presenter and more dynamic than a panel — a conversation with colleagues sharing challenges, solutions, and experiments on topics selected by a variety of stakeholders.
Sign up for regular Lab announcements by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
