AEFIS: Assigning Course Sections to Your Survey Instance

Wednesday, November 16 @ 11:30 am - 12:00 pm

Register

The final step in running an AEFIS survey is assigning course sections to the survey template. This 30-minute session covers the three primary concerns of this last effort:

  • Actually assigning the course sections to be covered.
  • Properly managing cross-listed and meets-with courses.
  • Removing instructors from being included in an evaluation.

This AEFIS webinar is primarily geared for department and school AEFIS administrators (at UW-Madison).

This course will be delivered in Zoom. To register, complete the form below. You will then receive an auto-generated email containing a link to the meeting space. To join the class after it begins, click here.

Note: This course is the third of a three-part training series on AEFIS evaluations. The first is Creating your Survey Template. The second is Scheduling Your Survey Template to Run. Visit the DoIT Academic Technology Events calendar for dates and times of all training sessions.

Note: In addition to these training sessions, there are several virtual Q&A times. These sessions provide you the opportunity to connect and ask any AEFIS question. For dates and times of these Q&A sessions, visit the DoIT Academic Technology Events calendar. You can also email help@doit.wisc.edu, and request an individual AEFIS consultation.

The virtual room will be open 10 minutes prior to the posted start time. If this is your first time connecting remotely to a virtual meeting space, feel free to log in early to allow for troubleshooting.
