AEFIS: Creating and Managing Your Digital Course Evaluation Surveys

Due to the Covid-19 situation, this AEFIS training session will now be delivered as a remote webinar.
This AEFIS webinar is for department and school AEFIS administrators (at UW-Madison) who are setting up their course evaluation surveys.
We begin with a brief overview of the AEFIS software, followed by the three course evaluation steps:
- creating the survey template
- scheduling the survey
- finishing the survey instance (where courses are assigned).
This session is designed for new AEFIS administrators, but also serves as a great refresher course for our veteran AEFIS administrators.
Since many of you may be using a laptop, you will probably be watching our screen. If you have a larger monitor you may have enough space to watch and have AEFIS open in another window. Remember there are several virtual Q&A times where you can connect with us to ask any AEFIS question. You can also email email@example.com to schedule an individual consultation.
After registering for this course, (complete the form below) you will receive an auto-generated email which contains a link to the meeting space. Make sure you download and install Cisco Webex Meetings prior to the event. For a better experience, we recommend a headset. There is no need for a webcam.
The virtual room will be open 15 minutes prior to the posted start time. Please, if this is your first time remotely connecting into a virtual meeting space, allow time for troubleshooting.
