Effective Use of the Canvas Gradebook

Tuesday, January 19 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Register

After you create an assignment, quiz or graded discussion, the Canvas Gradebook becomes a critical (and powerful) space in your Canvas course. During this one-hour session, we thoroughly explore the Canvas Gradebook: sorting and filtering, setting default grades, accessing SpeedGrader, and managing an assignment’s grade posting policy.

This session will be held in a Zoom room. The link to the Zoom room will be included in the confirmation email you will receive after you register below. You may also click here to enter the room at the designated time.

This session is part of a larger training effort organized and hosted by Learn@UW-Madison in mid-January. Sessions examine several tools in the Learn@UW suite. These sessions are available to anyone, but are primarily designed for the benefit of instructors and instructional support staff. To review all sessions, go to the DoIT Academic Technology Events calendar. If interested, please register.
