R2C Studio: Developing pathways to students’ critical thinking

Thursday, May 26, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

In this workshop, learn methods to help students grow in critical thinking skills through deepening awareness of inquiry and problem solving processes.

Before the workshop, we recommend that you read selected strategies for articulating thinking skills and practices to guide students in developing more reflective practices in inquiry and problem solving. In the workshop, we’ll look closer and discuss selected methods applicable that work on campus. You will have time to collaboratively analyze the potential benefits and challenges of implementing these strategies in your course.
