DoIT Academic Technology provides countless opportunities to gather on campus to learn and discuss a variety of topics. This includes pedagogical discussions and technology demonstrations through Faculty Engagement programs, learning technology trainings from Learn@UW, on-campus sessions for Information Technology Academy scholars, technology workshops from Software Training for Students and special campus events we host or co-host. See the below calendar for upcoming events.

You can filter the calendar using Audience or Categories, which are the names of the DoIT AT service hosting the event. For Software Training for Students, you may use Tags to narrow it down to specific software workshops.

External CSS Sheet, Building on and Linking

Please note: the STS open enrollment workshops do not intend to be a comprehensive source of information or knowledge on all of the possible techniques and skills in any given program, but rather to give you a conceptual foothold with the software. If your interest is in support for a specific use with the software, please look into our Ask-a-Trainer service which will allow you to meet with a trainer one-on-one to address your professional and intellectual needs.

Note: Software Training for Students workshops are only available to currently registered undergraduate or graduate students of UW-Madison. Faculty, staff and former students are not eligible to attend our training.
